Everyday routines
Agree on boundaries before connecting
Decide what a check-in means together. The sender should know who sees it, what they can expect in reply, and how to stop sharing.
Say the agreement out loud
“I’ll send a quick hello when it suits my morning. If I want a call, I’ll say so. We’ll use our usual messages for anything that needs a reply.” Adapt that wording together.
Questions worth settling
- Does the sender want this routine?
- Who should receive it?
- What does a quiet day mean to each of you?
- How do you pause or stop?
- Which requests need a direct conversation?
Make the limit explicit
DailyCheck does not detect a missed day or send an automatic warning. If you need an agreed follow-up responsibility, discuss and manage it separately.
