Decline a daily check-in invitation clearly
Use a short message to decline a DailyCheck invitation without agreeing to an unwanted routine. Declining does not require an explanation of your day.
A direct reply
“Thanks for asking. I do not want to use daily check-ins. Let’s keep in touch through our usual calls and messages.” Replace the final sentence with the contact route you actually prefer.
When you want to decide later
“I have not decided whether this routine suits me. Please treat the invitation as unaccepted. I will tell you if I want to try it.” An unanswered invitation should not be described as a working connection.
Keep the outcome clear
- Say whether the answer is no or not yet.
- Do not enter someone else’s Apple Account to make setup easier.
- Choose an ordinary contact route if you want one.
- If you already accepted, review the app’s access controls separately.
