A look inside
Simple on both sides.
You send a check-in. They see what you shared.

Use a quick check-in for the ordinary days when your schedules do not line up. Keep longer conversations for when you can both talk.

DailyCheck does not detect missed check-ins, monitor health, or raise alarms. It shares what you choose to say. Keep your usual way to call or message each other.
Understand the limitsBefore you start
A few simple answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. Check-ins, notes, photos, voice notes, 90 days of family history, and sharing with up to four people are free. No subscription.
Do we both need the app?
Yes. Both people need DailyCheck on an iPhone running iOS 26 or later and their own iCloud accounts.
Does it track my location?
No. DailyCheck shares the check-in and optional content you choose. It does not track your location or score your wellbeing.
Will my family get an alarm if I miss a day?
No. DailyCheck does not detect missing check-ins or raise alarms. A day without a check-in does not explain what happened.
Can I stop sharing?
Yes. You can revoke someone’s private access in the app. Information they already read or saved cannot be taken back.
