Date matters

Time zones can change their UTC offset during the year. The tool uses your browser’s IANA time-zone rules for the selected date, including daylight saving.

Worked example

On January 15, 2026, 09:00 in London is 04:00 in New York. The displayed date can also change when the other place is across midnight.

Clock-change boundaries

The tool rejects a time that does not exist during a spring clock change. It also rejects an ambiguous repeated hour in autumn. Choose a different time to agree on a unique moment.

Before confirming

The result is a planning aid. Confirm the date and city with the other person. It does not schedule a call or change DailyCheck’s reminder.
