Tell someone your check-in circle is changing

For the existing recipient

“I am changing who receives my daily updates, so I will stop your DailyCheck access. Thank you for being part of the routine. We can use [contact route] for ordinary messages.”

For the person you want to invite

“Would you like to receive a short update from me? You would see the check-ins I choose to share. We both need DailyCheck and our own iCloud accounts. I will send an invitation if you want to try it.”

Finish the transition

• Confirm old access stopped before removing the entry.
• Keep within the four-recipient allowance.
• Review the new Messages addressee.
• Confirm acceptance and a fresh record.
• Explain any reply expectation separately.
