Review a check-in export before keeping or sharing it
Open the exact exported file and check its contents, destination, and access. An export button’s confirmation does not tell you who can read the saved copy.
Review the actual file
- The filename and the date you exported it.
- Which records and date range are present.
- Whether names, notes, photos, or other private details appear.
- Whether the file opens in the format you selected.
- Who can access its folder or sharing destination.
- Whether you need to keep the whole file.
Decide what the copy is for
A personal reference and a file for another person have different needs. If a short description completes the task, avoid sharing a larger history by default. Record where you saved a copy you intend to retain.
Review later copies separately
DailyCheck’s access changes cannot manage a file you sent elsewhere. If you no longer need an export, use its destination’s controls. Check whether another copy remains before claiming it is gone.
