Setup & troubleshooting

Send a DailyCheck export to one chosen person

Review the export and the actual recipient before sending a copy. An exported file follows the delivery and access rules of the channel you choose.

Choose a copy deliberately

A check-in shared inside DailyCheck and a file sent elsewhere are different disclosures. Read the file first. If it contains more information than the recipient needs, prepare a narrower communication instead.

Send through a reviewed destination

  1. Find the verified export in Files.
  2. Touch and hold the file and choose Share.
  3. Choose your intended direct channel.
  4. Review the recipient address and attached filename.
  5. Send only after checking both, then ask whether the recipient can open the intended file.

Revocation has a boundary

Stopping DailyCheck access cannot recall an exported copy. Avoid broad group chats and public links when only one person needs the file. If you accidentally send it elsewhere, address that disclosure through the service you used.
