Test a new connection together

Use a real check-in between two iPhones to confirm the setup. A connected label and a recorded tap are useful checks, but neither alone proves receipt.

One complete test

  • Both phones have DailyCheck and their own iCloud accounts.
  • The recipient accepted the private invitation.
  • Both phones can reach the internet.
  • The sender creates a new check-in.
  • The recipient opens DailyCheck and finds that exact new record.
  • Both people compare the content, date, and time.
  • If wanted, test an optional attachment and notification separately.

Record the problem precisely

If the test fails, say where it stopped. “Invitation accepted but no new record” and “Record visible but no alert” describe different problems.

Do not use the example as evidence

A screenshot or fictional demonstration explains the interface. It is not a received record from your actual connection.
