Find a few words for a daily check-in

Use one concrete observation, preference, or small update when you want to add a note. You do not need a daily report or a polished message.

Prompts for an ordinary day

“Something I enjoyed today was …” “I finally finished …” “A little thing that made me laugh was …” Choose one prompt, fill it naturally, and leave out details you do not want every recipient to read.

Prompts for making contact

“I would enjoy a chat about …” “Could we talk after …” “I would like company for …” Give a usable date or time when it matters. Arrange the actual reply through your ordinary channel.

When a blank note is the right choice

A tap alone still works. These prompts are optional starting points, rather than an expectation to document every day. If the update belongs with only one person, send that detail separately.
