Fill in together

• The people invited.
• The sender’s preferred time.
• The route for a reply.
• How to communicate a break.
• Any separate, mutually agreed follow-up plan.

Leave assumptions out

This agreement does not make DailyCheck an emergency service. A missing record does not establish why the person did not check in. Both people should understand that before relying on the routine.
