Reschedule a family call without time-zone confusion
State the old time, the proposed new date and city, and ask for confirmation. Do not change the arrangement merely by adding a check-in note.
A rescheduling message
“Could we move our call from [old agreed date and time] to [new full date and local time] in [city]? Please confirm what time that is for you and whether it works.” Include both cities when you already checked the conversion.
Check before sending
- The weekday matches the full date.
- The named city is the place whose time you mean.
- The conversion uses that specific date.
- You have asked for an acknowledgment.
- Both people know which old arrangement is being replaced.
Keep the pending state clear
Until the other person agrees, call it a proposal. Use the call-time tool to check a date-specific conversion. DailyCheck does not book the call or manage a rescheduling calendar for you.
