Set a daily check-in reminder
Open DailyCheck’s settings and choose a time under “Daily reminder”. Allow notifications on your iPhone so you can see the prompt.
Choose a prompt you want
- Open the settings control in DailyCheck.
- Find “Daily reminder” and review its time.
- Choose a time that fits the sender’s own routine.
- Allow DailyCheck notifications if iOS asks.
- Wait for a scheduled reminder to check that it appears on this phone.
A useful first test
Choose a near-future time while testing. Restore your preferred daily time afterward. Seeing a reminder confirms the prompt, not that a check-in reached family.
If it stays quiet
Check iPhone notification permission, any active Focus, and the reminder’s paused state. Open the app to check in directly while you resolve the prompt.
