Choose DailyCheck’s permissions
Photos, camera, microphone, Contacts, and notifications support optional functions. A plain check-in does not need an attachment.
Review access on your iPhone
- Open iPhone Settings.
- Find DailyCheck’s settings or the relevant category under Privacy & Security.
- Review the permission you want to change.
- Allow only the access you want for that function.
- Return to DailyCheck and test the function you chose.
Match permission to purpose
Microphone access enables recording. Photo or camera access supports a picture. Contacts helps select someone. Notifications support prompts and arrival alerts. Declining one can make that particular function unavailable.
Keep the basic routine simple
If an attachment does not work, send a plain check-in while you review that permission. Do not grant unrelated access just to resolve a prompt.
