Setup & troubleshooting
Check an international number before inviting someone
Confirm the recipient’s full international phone number before sending a DailyCheck invitation. A familiar contact name can still contain an old or incomplete address.
Use a number the person confirms
Ask through an established contact route which number they use on their iPhone. Include the country calling code when entering an international number. Do not infer the recipient’s country from where they are traveling.
Review the address on both surfaces
- Open the person’s contact and review the saved number.
- Correct it in Contacts if necessary, using the person’s confirmed details.
- Select that person in DailyCheck or use the available entry option.
- Review the actual addressee in Messages before sending.
- Ask the recipient to accept the invitation and confirm a new record.
If several numbers are listed
Choose the intended number rather than the first familiar label. A successful ordinary message is useful address evidence, while a working DailyCheck connection still requires acceptance and a delivery test.
