Setup & troubleshooting
Check Apple service status during a sharing problem
Open Apple’s System Status page when a DailyCheck iCloud problem affects an otherwise connected phone. Compare any reported issue with the time of your failed action.
Record the failure before checking
Note whether the app could not prepare an invitation, accept access, or receive a new record. An outage is only one possible explanation. A waiting invitation can remain incomplete even when Apple’s services are available.
Compare the service report
- Open Apple’s official System Status page.
- Review iCloud and related Apple Account services shown there.
- Read any incident details and affected times.
- Save the time of your own failed test without including private check-in content.
- If a matching incident is reported, retry your specific action after service recovery.
A green status does not diagnose the app
An available service report cannot prove your account, invitation, or device connection is working. If the problem persists, continue with a two-phone delivery test and a concise support report.
