Setup & troubleshooting

DailyCheck notifications aren’t appearing

Check DailyCheck’s notification permission, your iPhone’s Focus settings, and the app’s reminder or arrival settings. Open the app to read the actual record.

Check the phone first

  1. Open iPhone Settings, choose Notifications, and find DailyCheck.
  2. Check whether notifications are allowed and where they can appear.
  3. Review any active Focus that may silence notifications.
  4. Open DailyCheck and check whether the daily reminder is enabled or paused.
  5. For received check-ins, open the family view and check whether a new record arrived.

Delivery and alerts are different

A record may be visible without an alert. An alert is not proof that today’s check-in exists. Compare the record’s date and time with the update you expected.

When to ask for help

If a controlled test still fails, contact support with the app version, iPhone model, and whether the record arrived without a notification. Leave private check-in content out unless necessary.
