Setup & troubleshooting
Find the DailyCheck version for a support report
Record the installed app version when reporting a problem. The version advertised on the App Store may differ from the one currently on your phone.
Capture the installed version
- Open DailyCheck’s settings and look for its version information.
- If needed, open iPhone Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage, and select DailyCheck.
- Write down the version shown for the installed app.
- Open General and About to record the iOS version as a separate detail.
- Include both versions with the action that failed.
A useful example
“My installed DailyCheck version is [version], on iOS [version]. Opening the invitation shows [exact wording].” Replace every placeholder with what you actually see.
Avoid unnecessary identifiers
Support does not need an Apple Account password, authentication code, IMEI, or device serial number for this initial report. A version number and reproducible symptom are different from sensitive account information.
